We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Online Administrative Assistant to provide essential support in our legal practice. This role is perfect for someone with strong organizational and communication skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, virtual environment. The ideal candidate will be Certified as a paralegal, possess proficiency in basic computer functions, virtual systems, Microsoft Office, and have the capacity to multitask. Requirements
Customer Service or Client Interaction: Experience interacting with clients or customers, either in-person or remotely
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in advanced features of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe
Project Management Experience: Hands-on experience with project management tools and basic knowledge of project management processes
